A long-term visa for 5 or 10 years, issued to foreigners who invest in real estate or open a deposit in an Indonesian bank for an amount of US$ 130,000 or more.

A temporary residence permit issued to foreign citizens who invest in Indonesian companies registered as PT PMA (foreign-owned companies).

Obtained for investments of $ 350,000 or more in the Indonesian economy.

To do this, foreigners:

• purchase shares in local companies;
• purchase government bonds;
• open a deposit account in an Indonesian bank.

A modern equivalent of a residence permit, allowing you to stay in Thailand for up to 10 years (issued for 5 years with the possibility of extending for another 5 years). Available to investors, professionals, retirees aged 50+ and their families. Applications can be submitted online. Main conditions:

• assets of $ 1 million or more;
• annual income of $ 80,000 or more;

The program offers four visa options depending on the validity period and level of privileges:

• Reserve — an elite level with maximum benefits and a validity period of up to 20 years. The cost is 5 million baht (about $ 141,950). It is issued only by personal invitation from the Thai authorities.

The processing time for applications to participate in the program is 1 to 3 months.

Thailand does not grant citizenship for investment. Foreigners can only obtain citizenship through naturalization, progressing from long-term residence to full compliance with strict criteria:

• a minimum of 5 years of permanent residence in the country;
• no criminal record;
• knowledge of the Thai language and national anthem;
• official employment or business activity.

Important: dual citizenship is not permitted, so to obtain a Thai passport, you will need to renounce your citizenship of another country.

Gives investors access to preferential taxation, prestigious status, and complete freedom of movement throughout the Persian Gulf countries.

Investors can obtain a residence visa when purchasing real estate in Freehold zones — specially designated areas where foreigners are allowed to own real estate (e.g., Dubai Marina, Jumeirah, Palm Jumeirah, etc.).

• A 2-year visa is available when purchasing a home worth AED 750,000 (~$ 204,000). The property must be ready for occupancy.
• A 10-year visa (Golden Visa) is issued for investments of AED 2,000,000 (~$ 545,000). Both ready-built properties and properties under construction are eligible. When purchasing with a mortgage, the initial down payment must be at least 20%.

Obtaining UAE citizenship is possible, but it is regulated by strict rules:

• The path to naturalization takes up to 30 years.
• You must be fluent in Arabic, have a legal income, an impeccable reputation, and no criminal record.
• Upon obtaining citizenship, you must renounce your second citizenship — the Emirates do not allow dual citizenship.

• Suitable for entrepreneurs planning to develop innovative projects in Spain (technology, artificial intelligence, ecology, etc.).
• Confirm savings of at least € 33,150 in a personal bank account. To include a spouse in the application, the amount increases by € 12,432. For each child, an additional € 4,144 must be shown. For example, if an entrepreneur with a spouse and child receives a startup visa, he must show a bank account balance of at least € 49,726.

The residence permit is issued for 3 years, with a subsequent extension for 2 years.

• Ideal for those who do not plan to work in Spain but want to move there with passive income.
• A stable income of € 2,400 per month + € 600 for each family member is required.
• No right to work in Spain.

The first residence permit card is valid for 1 year, then renewable every 2 years.

• For self-employed professionals starting a business or freelance projects in the country.
• A business plan, proof of qualifications, and financial solvency are required.

Residence permit for 1 year, renewable for 2 years.

• Created for remote professionals working for foreign companies.
• Required income: € 2,760 per month (€ 33,144 per year).
• Spouses and children are included in the application upon confirmation of additional income (€ 1,035 per spouse and € 345 per family member).

The visa is initially issued for one year, followed by a residence card for up to three years, with the possibility of extension.

Purchase of residential or commercial real estate in Montenegro without a minimum investment threshold (except for agricultural land and protected areas).

• Validity period: 1 year, renewable if ownership is retained.
• Who is included: status extends to the owner’s spouse and children.

Important to know: this type of residence permit does not entitle the holder to employment, free education, or medical care.

Foreigners can register a business in Montenegro and obtain a residence permit for a period of 1 year with the possibility of extension.

Residence permits are issued regardless of the size of the investment in the business, but there are general requirements for certain types of companies: the minimum capital for a DOO (LLC) is € 1, and for a joint-stock company, it is € 25,000.

Advantages: the right to work and do business officially.

Long-term opportunities: after 5 years of residence, you can apply for a permanent residence permit, and after 10 years, you can apply for citizenship (subject to certain requirements, including language proficiency).

When investing $ 100,000 or more in real estate or other assets, the investor is granted a temporary residence permit for a period of 1 year, which can be renewed annually.

Renewal is possible for up to 12 years, provided that the investment is maintained.

When investing $ 300,000 or more in a business or real estate, the investor receives a 5-year residence permit.

During this period, it is necessary to maintain ownership of the property or confirm entrepreneurial activity and corresponding turnover. After the five-year period, it is possible to obtain a permanent residence permit, regardless of the amount of subsequent investments.

A foreign citizen can apply for Georgian citizenship by naturalization after 10 years of legal residence in the country, including the period of residence permit ownership.

Foreigners can obtain a residence permit by purchasing residential or commercial property.

Threshold value:

• According to UMA: from ≈ $ 437,000;
• According to MDW: from ≈ $ 530,000.

Conditions: the property must be registered in the applicant’s name and have no debts or encumbrances.

Term: The residence permit is issued for 1 year with an extension of up to 4 years.
