5% — the tax on the purchase of real estate is calculated based on the value of the property or the cadastral valuation, whichever is higher.
1−2% — notary fee based on the total value of the property.
If the property is purchased in installments, VAT is distributed evenly across the payments according to the contract.
The notary fee is charged once when signing the main lease agreement (Leasehold). After its conclusion and payment, all lease rights are recorded in the land register, and you become the full owner of the property for the entire term of the contract.
